If you use the chat, your messages are answered by an artificial intelligence system from an external provider, acting as data processor, which does not use them to train its models. Conversations are kept for up to one year so we can review them and assist you. Please do not enter payment or ID document details in the chat.
Unconfirmed requests are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Guest registration data is kept for the period set by the applicable regulations, and invoicing data for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
The Spanish Ministry of the Interior (SES.HOSPEDAJES), the Spanish Tax Agency where applicable, and technical providers needed to deliver the service (server hosting, email and payments) under data processing agreements. Data is never shared for marketing purposes.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reservas@airesdevera.es. If you feel they have not been properly addressed, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
This website only uses a technical session cookie needed for the form and to remember your language. If you use the chat, an identifier is stored in your browser to restore the conversation. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
